SCI-Arc, studio Andrew Zago

Using the brief of a competition for the design of an Animation Center and Cartoon Museum in Seoul, the goal of this studio project has been to explore differences and the possibilities of working in an architectural frame with them. Starting from given references, like transformation masks and the sectional object, my design jumps from squiggles to platonic shapes, from singularities to repetitions.
